No Gear Workout

Gearing up for the holidays usually means packing up your bags and “vacationing” at one of your family members’ homes.  This leaves you without your hand weights, treadmill and balance ball!  What’s a girl/boy to do?  Women’s Health Magazine, has a 7 move, quick workout which requires no equipment!

HI-YA! Check out this squat chop!

Now you have no excuses!  Also, you can always take a quick jog around anyone’s neighborhood, or just eat less at the Thanksgiving table.  Who am I kidding?  Go for that quick jog and indulge in an extra helping of mashed potatoes!
