Work Out for Your Body Type

I hate to do this, but I really like Women’s Health Magazine’s feature on working out for your body type.  The reason I hate to do this, is because of their publishing partner Rodale and a disagreement we had on my “free gift” as part of my subscription…but…I digress.


You can choose which workout fits your body type and follow their instructions for toned and fabulous results! I like that they incorporate two different cardio choices and how you can continue to get the most out of the workout for the entire week.  Check it out and let us know what you think!
